Our Staff at Burr provides excellent service to our customers.  I, Tina Shuman am the sales manager at the Burr Location. I have worked for this company for over a year. In the last year the company has grown by three new stores and I have grown along with the company. I started working at the 41st location in Sioux Falls as a sales consultant under Carli Olson. From there I choose to move to Mitchell to work as a sales consultant at Spruce, and now I manage the Burr location.  

Here at Burr we have put together an amazing team, I have Phil Hurd, who is one of the most knowledgeable sales associates I have. He has been working for Verizon under different companies for awhile and knows everything there is to know about the plans and the products Verizon has offered over the years.  Ashton Connell, who provides the best customer service around; her day is never done tell the customer is completely happy and you know everything there is to know about your new smart phone. Ashton is also our Mitchell Business Account Representative. Katie Morris, is the sweetheart of the store. She also provides great customer service with really taking the time to help the customer; you will never leave the store without an answer from her or without being completely taken care of. Tyler Peterson, is one of the newest addition to our team, he is amazing with phones and knows all there is to know about the phones. He will get you into the perfect smart phone that fits your needs. DJ Deknikker, is our newest addition and is very eager to learn and hopes to provide great customer service to our customers.
